Vectis Consulting began using Zoho solutions in 2020 as part of our digital transformation projects. We initially adopted Zoho Creator to build custom applications for our consulting clients, enhancing processes, automating workflows, and improving operational efficiency. As demand grew and our technical team expanded, we incorporated Zoho Desk to structure customer service and support operations across multiple industries.

In 2025, after years of hands-on experience, we became an official Zoho Partner, extending our role to distribution, reselling, and specialized implementation of Zoho Creator and Zoho Desk.
