Our origin
Vectis was created from a group of experienced consultants from a renowned Brazilian management and strategy boutique. We have consolidated our vision of building something new on a legacy of: methodologies stoned for two decades; a team of highly trained professionals; and a broad network of relationships with important economic groups in the country.
We were born on a solid foundation and used the energy and motivation of this new generation of consultants to remain the trusted partner of our clients while facing the key challenges of their business.
Team
Renato Rezende
Former senior manager at K2 Achievements, where undertook more than 30 projects, later became finance director of e-Vertical, a leading building automation company in Brazil facing "growth pains". There, he led the intense process of structuring the finance area, which enabled a new cycle of expansion, increased profitability and management professionalization.
Prior to K2, he worked as a consultant at Competitiveness, Spanish strategy boutique (Monitor Group spinoff), and in companies such as Ford Motor and Ourofino Animal Health in areas of government affairs and market intelligence respectively.
With a degree in business administration from University of São Paulo, MBA and MSc in business administration at COPPEAD - UFRJ with extension at EM Lyon - France.
Thiago Botelho
Former consultant and project manager at K2 Achievements with more than 15 projects, simultaneously developed new business in the areas of Pet Serv and industrial waste. Prior to K2, he worked in the financial planning area of Cyrela.
Bachelor degree in civil engineering at Poli-USP.
Eduardo Tiecher
Consuntant in companies such as Bain&Co. and Visagio, also occupied executive positions in charge of strategic planning in companies like Oi, Bridgestone and CVC. Specialist in data science, maintains a teaching & training practice in this field.
Graduated in eletronic engineering from UFRJ, MBA and MSc in business administration at COPPEAD - UFRJ with extension at Erasmus University - Rotterdam, Netherlands.
Fernando Martins
For over 10 years at Banco Santander, he has worked as an analyst, consultant and coordinator in several of the Bank's planning and management areas.
Graduated in electric and electronic engineer at IME.
Partner consultants
We have developed a network of more than 10 independent consulting professionals, with experience in different areas, who work by project contract, in a model of partnership with Vectis. In this way, we are able to maintain the lean structure, but with elasticity to mobilize larger teams and meet demand surplus.

Jorge Bouhid
Professional with more than 35 years of experience in consulting and executive positions. Partner at K2 Achievements, former director of Booz Allen, and senior manager of Andersen Consulting. Built his executive career in the Lafarge group where he was president in Brazil and Venezuela, as well as global vice president of strategy and trading. Board member of companies in Switzerland, Mexico, Venezuela, Chile and Brazil. He is an Engineer and MSc from ITA with Training in Strategy, Management and Leadership by Insead and the Center for Creative Leadership.
Jackson Valle
Partner of K2 Achievements for 12 years, held several senior executive positions in areas of operations and IT of companies such as Contax, Itaú unibanco and C&A. He was also senior manager of Booz Allen & Hamilton.
Luis Ricardo Botelho
Executive with over 30 years of experience, current CEO of Apetece Food Systems, he led companies such as Medical Link, Corplus and Transcheck. Graduated in economics and with specializations in Kellogg Northwestern University, Fundação Dom Cabral and FGV.
Jonatas Garcia
Partner at Monteviso Capital, board member at Bombril, he was CFO of companies such as Evoke Eyewear and Gelato Diletto, M&A advisor at K2 Achievements and consultant at the Boston Consultig Group.
