Our origin

Vectis was created from a group of experienced consultants from a renowned Brazilian management and strategy boutique. We have consolidated our vision of building something new on a legacy of: methodologies stoned for two decades; a team of highly trained professionals; and a broad network of relationships with important economic groups in the country.

We were born on a solid foundation and used the energy and motivation of this new generation of consultants to remain the trusted partner of our clients while facing the key challenges of their business.

Team

Renato Rezende

Former senior manager at K2 Achievements and finance director of e-Vertical, a leading building automation company. Prior to K2, he worked as a consultant at Competitiveness, Spanish strategy boutique (Monitor Group spinoff), and in companies such as Ford Motor and Ourofino Animal Health. With a degree in business administration from University of São Paulo, MBA and MSc in business administration at COPPEAD - UFRJ with extension at EM Lyon - France.

Gustavo Sued

Former senior manager at K2 Achievements and an executive at major national and multinational companies such as Globo, Yduqs, L’Oréal, and Medallia. He holds a degree in Economics from UFRJ and a master's degree from COPPEAD/UFRJ.

Thiago Botelho

Former consultant and project manager at K2 Achievements with more than 15 projects, simultaneously developed new business in the areas of Pet Serv and industrial waste. Prior to K2, he worked in the financial planning area of ​​Cyrela.

Bachelor degree in civil engineering at Poli-USP.

Partner consultants

We have developed a network of more than 10 independent consulting professionals, with experience in different areas, who work by project contract, in a model of partnership with Vectis. In this way, we are able to maintain the lean structure, but with elasticity to mobilize larger teams and meet demand surplus.
